The translator appointed in the International News release conference of the shocking earthquake happened in China shocked me deeply. It is because she's quite lousy translator in a really important INTERNATIONAL conference. I even wonder if the foreign journalists can really understand what she translated, because she's pronunciation was shockingly bad despite the frequently stucks in her speech. There was a foreign journalist asked three questions, the translator only got two of them, so she have only to ask the journalist to repeat... What's more, she even tried to correct the journalist's mistake which actually is her misunderstanding. I can't imagine how the journalist thought about it.
The question is why the hell the lame translator can be chosen to assign in a conference so important like this. It was a international conference! Is it really because there's no better translators in the entire country? I don't think so. It was really a shame to the entire world i think.
